We want to get to know you, the more information you give us in the beginning the better chance we have to ensure that your vision is interpreted within our ideas.
Coming prepped to a consultation with an idea of your venue and dates as well as approximately 5 images that represent your required style is a must. Its also a good idea to have some images to show us what to avoid.
In the initial meeting, we are prepared with many questions that will help us understand you more. We ask all the tough questions to make sure we know what we are working with in terms of expectations, timelines, likes, dislikes and budget.
After our meeting we send a brief of the points discussed as well our our design phase proposal which grants us the time and resources to do all the adequate research and create concepts to show you based on your requirements and budgets.
This phase in our process is almost our favourite part!
This is our opportunity to present to you our creativity and ideas. this includes colours, digital mood boards, fabrics, textures and all the fine details that will make up your event. Once all the ideas are approved, we begin creating your dream event.
Our full production and design team spends hundreds of hours creating working drawings, & templates and then producing your event. Every item is thoroughly checked and quality approved.
The set up is fun and chaotic, we gather the best team leaders to oversee the process and every last detail.
Plenty of notice is required for your bespoke event , as we manufacture and bring together most items made to order .
When our teams have completed thier work we take a critical look at the entire project.
During this final walk through we make subtle changes here and there to guarantee perfection.
We check everything over, we manage timelines, schedules and services down to every intrinsic detail
